1. Acceptance of Terms

The www.gemmatchmaking.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Gem Matchmaking, Limited Liability Company (LLC) (“Gem Matchmaking,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Your access to and use of this Site is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by all such Terms. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.

2. Privacy

Your use of this Site is subject to the Gem Matchmaking, LLC Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and processing practices.

3. Electronic Communications

When you visit www.lovenotesbyrachel.com or send emails to us, you are communicating electronically with Gem Matchmaking. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided via email or through the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. Eligibility

You affirm that you are 25 years of age or older and fully competent to enter into this agreement. You may not use our services if you are under 25 or otherwise legally restricted from doing so.

5. Background Screenings

All matchmaking members are required to complete a background screening process, which may include verification of both criminal and non-criminal history.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policies

a. Matchmaking Service

Due to the personalized nature of matchmaking, all sales are final and non-refundable. While refunds are not issued, Gem Matchmaking will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.

b. Dating Coaching

• Our coaching services offer personalized advice and communication guidance to help you navigate dating with greater confidence. Coaches are not licensed mental health professionals and do not offer therapy or medical advice.
  
  If you are under the care of a mental health professional, you agree to consult them before working with a Gem Matchmaking, LLC coach.
  
  A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total service cost.
  
  A 24-hour rescheduling policy applies to all appointments.
  
  No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  
  Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed appointments will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.c. Single Women’s Club

  All sales are final and non-refundable. While refunds are not issued, Gem Matchmaking will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not controlled by Gem Matchmaking, LLC, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Gem Matchmaking, LLC or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. International Users

Our services are controlled and operated from the United States. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government sanctions and are not listed on any restricted party list.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gem Matchmaking, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Arbitration

All disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association.
 Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.

12. Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action.

13. Liability Disclaimer

The Site and all related content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Gem Matchmaking, LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site information or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gem Matchmaking, LLC disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising from your use of this Site or related services.

14. Termination & Access Restriction

Gem Matchmaking, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the Maryland courts.

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.

15. Changes to Terms

Gem Matchmaking, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Corrections, Interruptions, and Maintenance

We reserve the right to correct errors, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend the Site at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime or service interruption.
